The WED-5 is a professional diving HD monitor with underwater housing specially designed for the underwater photographer.
One of the new features is the WED-5 comes with mounting base connectors on bottom and top of the housing offering you more options in how you wanna utilize the monitor.
The housing is made out of an aluminium alloy and a carbon fiber backplate which adds up to a durable, lightweight and corrosive resistant housing pressure tight down to 80 meters.
The monitor inside the housing features a huge 5-inch screen FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) convienient for travel - big enough for adjusting and seeing what you are shooting, resulting in the best possible footage.
Furthermore, it possesses all the amenities you would require of proper monitor with Focus Peeking, Zebra and Histogram and more to adjust sharpness, iso, tonal values (not too bright/dark).
In addition, it features 4K HDMI input and output (M16 and M24 HDMI plug adapters) and has an impressive battery time of 3,5 hours (1x 18650 battery) so you won't have to change batteries all the time.
NB: You need internal HDMI cables from the camera inside the housing.
